Task:
Every year, DB needs around 1,000 new train drivers. But like everywhere else, there is a shortage of labour and new recruits.
Idea:
Not everyone feels comfortable in an open-plan office, between endless meetings and forced small talk. Some people prefer to work in peace and quiet, without distraction, without constant interruptions and without superfluous blah-blah. The train driver job is the perfect alternative for them: a job with clear structures, responsibility and, above all, a calm working atmosphere.
Solution:
With a humorous series of posters, we address job changers, career changers and trainees - at bus stops, in shopping streets, in front of office complexes or in business districts. With humorous headlines and copy texts, we take aim at typical work frustrations and show an alternative: a job with peace and quiet, without meetings and with a beautiful view.
